Well this week was a little crazy. Even though we didn't get transferred we still moved so that took some time and effort. The first night we biked home it took us an entire hour, but we were further from home than we would normally ever be so it won't be like that all the time. It was pretty dark by the time we got to the neighborhood we now live in so I wouldn't see all the homeless people until they were right by me on the sidewalk and it was a little freaky. Sister Naylor and I were both just about hyperventilating when we pulled into our parking lot. Sketchy, sketchy people out at night. Actually they probably are totally normal but when it's dark everyone seems scary.
The subject line is from someone we contacted this week. His name is Tom, and he basically is a scientologist but not. He says he believes in Christ but then he doesn't really. Anyway everything he said was really confusing but he kind of liked what we said about the restoration and about Heavenly Father having a plan for each of us. While we were talking to him some friend of his pulled up. We couldn't hear all of the conversation but they were talking about some drama that had occurred earlier. What we heard Tom say was, "ya, I told him, 'quit talking to my girl! she's not even dressed yet, show some respect!" hahaha oh man. What's sad is that weird stuff like that is so common as a missionary that Sister Naylor and I forgot to talk and laugh about it until like...the next day.
Lucy is still doing pretty well. She's not sure but still willing and said she'd read the Book of Mormon so... #converted. :) Our member that is her neighbor invited her to dinner with us this weekend and that went pretty well.
I'm excited for new little Robinson baby! Excited to hear a name too...
Love all of you! Love to hear from you. Hope Mother's day was awesome!
Sister Robinson
